The Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 1½ LB Boneless Organic Chicken Breasts - cut into 1-inch cubes


  • 1 cup sprouted khorasan flour, or your preferred flour (cassava, coconut, or almond flour work well - no white flour, it increases inflammation)


  • 2 tablespoons ground turmeric


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon dried poultry seasoning or 1 teaspoon powdered poultry seasoning (or your favorite herbs)


  • 2 large eggs


  • Coconut oil, tallow, or ghee, for frying (optional)


Instructions:


  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.


  2. Mix turmeric and black pepper (the anti-inflammatory agent).


  3. Mix flour, seasonings, and turmeric mixture.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the eggs.


  5. Dip chicken in eggs.

  6. Dip and coat chicken in seasoned flour mixture.


  7. Air Fry: 400F (200C) for 10-15 min, flip halfway, until cooked.


    • Or Fry: In hot oil over medium-high heat, 3-5 min per side, until golden and cooked.


  8. Serve.
